Township Sanitation supervisors receive statewide recognition

E-mail Print

Sanitation Division Supervisors Bill Schroeder and John Mazza (left) were recognized as Outstanding Persons of the Year by the New Jersey Public Works Association Region V President Bernie Peterson (right).  Using RouteSmart technology, Bill and John were able to revamp Sanitation Division collection routes to include the collection of trash from Carteret without any increase in costs to Woodbridge.

In fact, collecting Carteret’s trash added $1.8 million to the Township treasury over three years.  Congratulations to Bill and John.  Thanks for the great work.
