Over the past 12 years, Guy has built Rainbow Academy in the central New Jersey area with three centers in Woodbridge, Iselin and Piscataway. Rainbow Academy has a total of 10 centers in six New Jersey counties, employing more than 350 and serving some 1,800 families with children ages 6 weeks to five years old.  All centers share a common goal of giving working parents peace of mind, knowing their children are receiving the best possible education and care.

Much of the success Rainbow Academy has enjoyed over its 12-year history is directly due to the high regard it has for its employees and the high quality of its customer service. Rainbow Academy’s “I Make A Difference” employee training program gives employees the recognition and ability to manage the business and effectively strives to attain “level five” quality customer service – the highest attainable for a service business.

Services such as ParentView Internet Monitoring, which allow parents to log in via a secure connection to view their child in the classroom, online anytime from anywhere in the world, is just one example of the innovative services and program offered at all Rainbow Academy centers.

Guy also serves as the President of the Rainbow Academy Foundation and the Treasurer of the New Jersey Child Care Association.  He and his wife of 36 years, Julia Falzarano (co-founder of Rainbow Academy) have lived in Woodbridge Township for the past 33 years and now reside in Colonia.  Each of their three son’s Louis, Guy and David has worked in the company and David continues to serve on the Rainbow Academy management team.

Parents, community members and interested investors are invited to take an online virtual tour or visit any of the centers during normal operating hours (7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday).  For directions and additional information, visit the website or call the corporate office at (732) 980-1900.
